Here at ECO Realty Partners we will list your property for a flat rate/fee* with $500 due when property is listed and the rate/fee* payable at closing. This fee will include listing your property in the BLC (MLS) listing service, using Internet advertising search engines to mass advertise your property, schedule all showings through a professional showing service (CCS), photos of your property, real-estate sign in the yard and a lock box. This includes the same services that other brokers do, but for less. We will act as your negotiator throughout the process and go to the closing table with you. Our goal is to give you the peace of mind you deserve.
*rate and fee are negotiable, with different rate/fee charged for price of home, typically rate/fee runs 1-2% of listed price of home and then we always pay out to the Buyer's agent. Typically savings to an owner 2-3% of selling price. This rate applies only to properties listed it the Indianapolis and surrounding counties.
